THE CUE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

	Geoffrey King Chairman Geoffrey King has 33 years of international, commercial and government legal experience, with much of that in the oil and gas industry including for Esso Australia (Area Legal counsel, Bass Strait), Ampolex Ltd (General counsel, Company Secretary and General Manager Law and Secretariat), the Asian Development Bank, and since 1997 as an independent legal consultant providing commercial advice and legal services to public and private commercial entities primarily in the oil and gas industry worldwide. Geoff is a director of Vermilion Oil and Gas Australia and of Phoenix Oil and Gas Limited and a past director of Singapore Petroleum.
	Tim Dibb Director Tim holds Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees and a Diploma in Management. He is an Earth Scientist with 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream including with Texaco, Amoseas, Fletcher Challenge Energy Ltd, Santos Ltd, Todd Corporation and also as a consultant.
	Paul Moore Director Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Paul joined Shell as a graduate in 1982 and spent nine years as a Petroleum Engineer in London, Aberdeen, Somalia, New Zealand, Spain and Tunisia. Since leaving Shell, Paul has worked in a variety of senior management roles in Fletcher Challenge Energy, Santos and Woodside. From 2009 he worked as Managing Director of ASX junior, Otto Energy. Paul joined Todd Corporation in July 2011 as Executive Vice President Upstream Energy & Resources. He was appointed to the Board of Cue Energy in November 2011.
	Steven Koroknay Director Mr Koroknay has held senior positions with, and has been a director of several public companies involved in the oil and gas sector, including ExxonMobil, Bridge Oil, Aztec Mining Limited, Delta Gold NL, CIM Resources Limited, Cloncurry Mining NL, Intec Limited and the Anzon Group of Companies. He is currently the non executive chairman of Gallilee Energy Limited.
	Andrew Young Director Andrew Young has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has 35 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry having held technical, leading management and Board positions in major and small Exploration and Production operating companies and contract service companies, including Esso Australia Ltd, Bridge Oil Ltd, New Zealand Natural Gas Corporation, Century Drilling (MD), Gaffney Cline and Associates, Anzon Australia Ltd/Anzon Energy Ltd (MD), and Digitalcore Pty Ltd (MD). He is presently a Non-Executive Director of New Guinea Energy Ltd and the not-for-profit National Safety Council of Australia Ltd. Andrew was International President of The Society for Petroleum Engineers (2003) and is a recipient of a number of International awards.

	David Biggs Chief Executive Officer David brings with him over thirty years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. Commencing with Petroleum Corporation of New Zealand and Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand, he has spent the last eighteen years working in senior positions in BHP Billiton Petroleum’s gas marketing, commercial and exploration functions in both Melbourne and Houston. A lawyer by background, he brings a sound understanding of all aspects of exploration, development and production.
	Andrew Knox Chief Financial Officer Mr Knox holds a BCom degree from the University of Western Australia. He has over 20 years experience in resource companies, predominantly in oil and gas in Australia, North America and South-East Asia. Mr Knox joined Cue Energy in 1994 and is responsible for financial matters.
	David Whittam *Exploration Manager* David Whittam holds a BSc from Bristol University and an MSc from University College, London and has worked in petroleum exploration for over 30 years. Most of his career was spent with BHP Petroleun where he was engaged in a variety of technical roles in the UK, Australia and the USA. He joined Woodside Petroleum in 2006 and spent 5 years in senior technical roles before joining Karoon in 2011 as Australian Exploration Manager. During his career he has gained extensive experience in new ventures evaluation, prospect development, field appraisal and the management of exploration programmes in Australia, Africa,NW Europe, the Gulf of Mexico and SE Asia. David was appointed to the position of Exploration Manager with Cue Energy Resources in June 2012.
